Die 2005 gegründete Kilchoman-Brennerei liegt auf der Isle of Islay und dürfte mittlerweile nicht nur unter Whiskyliebhabern bekannt sein. Bekannt für ihre rauchigen Abfüllungen, reifte dieser Rum für die letzten 6 Monate in eben solchen Fässern und sorgt so für ein besonderes Rum-Erlebnis.
